Who we are
VikingPoker is operated by the site owner (“we”, “us”) to run social poker league nights for participating clubs. Each club may have its own administrators who manage tournaments and player lists within that club.
What we collect
- Account data: login, display name, alias, email, phone (if provided), avatar choice or upload.
- Tournament data: registrations, finish positions, points, bonuses, and related game history.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To run tournaments you register for and display standings to participants.
- To authenticate users and let club administrators manage their events.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contract / legitimate interest: operating the league service you signed up for.
- Consent: where required (e.g. optional marketing — not currently offered).
- Legal obligation: if we must retain records to comply with law.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Club administrators in your hall can see player aliases and tournament results for their club. Hosting providers and infrastructure vendors may process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Account and tournament history are kept while your account is active and as needed for league records. Deactivated accounts may be retained in anonymized or locked form so past standings stay accurate.
Your rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Children
This service is intended for adults participating in social league poker. Do not register if you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction.
